How to limit access to a zone according to a group of clubs?

You may define a group of clubs thanks to tags and indicate whether a member may be granted access or not if their club is defined by a tag.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 1: REACH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONFIGURE TAGS

Please determine the different groups of clubs (for example Les Clubs du Nord may sell the same products. In this case, you must determine a Clubs du Nord tag). The implementation and support service will then be in charge of configuring the tags.

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGSTEP 2: ONCE CLUB TAGS ARE CONFIGURED, IMPLEMENT RESTRICTIONS BY MEMBERSHIPS ALLOWED IN THE ZONE

Settings > Access control > Allowed memberships (or packs) > Three small dots > Add a restriction by club or group of clubs.

The configuration field pops up following the tag schedule. You may now find the tags configured according to the different clubs in “group of clubs”. You may now choose the “club” tags granting access to members.

You may also indicate that one or several club tags are excluded, so that the member isn’t allowed to enter the zone.

Once these settings are implemented, the access control will grant or deny access to a member according to their club. Be careful, the membership or pack specified in the zone remain essential to be granted access.
