Your club has changed its business name or switched bank, what should you do?

Identifier for SEPA direct debits?

For any change concerning the business name or banking details, please send your request to supportv2@resamania.fr and attach your company registration issued within the last 3 months, bank account details of the club and due dates of the coming direct debits. Time needed for amending such information is about 48 to 72 hours.

 

STEP_ARTICLE_CLIENT.JPGYou’re changing your Creditor Identifier for SEPA direct debits and card payments as well?

If you wish to change your Creditor Identifier, please contact our SUN (Service User Number) for direct debit and MID (Merchant Identification Number) for card payment. Attach your company registration issued within the last 3 months, bank account details of the club and due dates of the comind direct debits. The implementation team will dictate the leadtime required for such a change. It may take a little longer so please, anticipate your request.
