How to restrict registration for an activity to a group of clubs or one club?

You can assign a tag to a group of clubs and inform that a member can’t register for an activity if s/he belongs to one of these tagged clubs.

STEP 1: REACH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CONFIGURE TAGS

Specify the various groups of clubs (for example les Clubs du Nord can sell similar products, in this case please choose a tag for les Clubs du Nord). The implementation or support service will manage configuring your tags.

STEP 2: ONCE TAGS ARE CONFIGURED, DEFINE RESTRICTIONS CONCERNING AUTHORISED MEMBERSHIPS

Settings > Schedule and bookings > Booking rights > Click on the activity/memberships then on the three small dots > “restricted according to club or group of clubs”

The configuring field pops up following the schedules list defined by the tag. You may then find the various configured club tags in “groups of clubs”. Then please choose the “club tags” granting access to the clients.

You may also indicate that one or several club tags are excluding and do not grant access to the member.

Once these settings are complete, booking will or will not be allowed to a member depending on his/her club.
