You can schedule sales reminders in Xplor Gym backoffice. The salesperson in charge of scheduling reminders will be informed of those that need to be managed in the dashboard, as soon as s/he is connecting to the application. The reminder can be tagged as “success”, rescheduled or cancelled. This article below describes how to manage sales reminders with Xplor Gym.
STEP 1- ADD A SALES REMINDER IN THE MEMBER FILE
In the member file select Member Actions and Action on member, then Add a sales reminder.
STEP 2 - PROVIDE REQUESTED INFORMATION REGARDING THE REMINDER
Next, you need to fill in the various details of the reminder to be sent.
Date of the reminder: that is when the reminder will be scheduled.
The salesperson attached to the reminder: The salesperson assigned to the reminder is the person who will carry out the reminder. By default, when you access this window, the sales rep assigned to the member file is shown, but you can specify a different sales rep for the reminder.
You may also indicate the reminder channel (dropdown menu manageable in the settings – to learn further details, see the end of this article).
The field "reminder purpose" can also be filled in to explain the objective of the reminder.
Once the requested information has been provided, select Proceed.
The reminder will be displayed on the member file in the Sales Pipeline tab.
The D-day of the reminder, a link from the dashboard will enable to find and manage the right one.
By clicking there, the list of pipelines is displayed. You can learn which pipelines are pending and to which user connected to Resamania they are assigned.
By clicking on the related line, you may find the Sales Pipelines tab in the member file and act on this reminder by editing it or marking it as performed.
STEP 3 – MARK THE REMINDER AS SENT
When the sales person has managed the reminder, s/he may mark it as sent.
If the pipeline has succeeded, you may mark it as 'Success'.
In such case, when validating, the reminder must be marked as successfully performed.
Should the reminder be rescheduled, it is possible to indicate it as such by providing new information:
Warning
If a reminder is rescheduled, no further action can be taken on it.
To add a reminder channel...
You can indicate on a member file the day on which they should be reminded, as well as the sales person, the channel and the subject expected for this reminder.
If necessary, you can add or modify existing reminder channels here: Settings > Sales reminders > Amend list and Add an element.
