The button “Add a payment” is in the member file and enables to solve two situations:
1 st CASE – THE DEPOSIT WAS CASHED DURING THE SALE
Please know there is also a feature for guarantees. If you wish to learn more about it, please
click HERE. The difference between a deposit and a guarantee lies in the fact that the deposit
is cashed during the sale.
To cash a deposit, please use the button “Add a payment”.
When returning the deposit, you must refund the excess amount since the moment when
the deposit was cashed.
2 nd CASE – PAYING INVOICES NOT YET AVAILABLE
A member subscribes to a membership paid by Direct Debit and wishes to pay the first three
months with sport vouchers. You just have to add the vouchers, then labelled them as
consumable on upcoming due amounts.
