Has a client booked a class but has not turned up ? It is possible to send an email/ text message automatically to the person to recall the order.
Pre requisites
This article explains which settings you should choose to create a campaign for a no-show to a class, but will not go through the whole process of the creation of an automated campaign in detail as you can find it in this section in the help centre.
STEP 1 - START CREATING THE AUTOMATED CAMPAIGN
The two campaigns of the type 'reservation' are available from the module Smartmessaging> Automated campaigns : one enables to send a communication to the clients who have not come (but had booked) X times for the Y last days, the other one enables to send a communication to the clients who have not come (but had booked) between now and the start of the chosen period (current day, week, month, etc).
STEP 2 - CHOOSE THE MOST SUITABLE CAMPAIGN FOR ABSENCES FROM RESERVED SESSIONS
1) The campaign concerning the X last days 'Absences from reserved sessions (not come)
2) The campaign concerning a period 'Absence from reserved sessions (not come) over a period'.
STEP 3 - FINISH CREATING THE CAMPAIGN
