Widget Resabox and associated peripherals

This widget enables to visualize the state of your Resabox (online or offline), the list and state of your associated peripherals. 

Widget New contacts 

The 'new contacts' type indicator enable to count the number of new member files created over a period according to the channel. (at the club, via your website or on your kiosk). Here you can decide to take into account the prospects only (remained prospects) or the prospects who became members the same day only. 

General calculating rule : If there is a prospect created on the 17th who I can sell a membership to on the 19th, it will be taken into account by the indicator on the 17th and not the 19th. 

Widget active members

This indicator counts all the active members. By default, here 'active' means members with a pack OR a valid membership.

To configure the indicator, activate it to click on the three dots then configure:

It is possible to configure the indicator to change this rule according to 4 choices:

- Packs: considered as active members, all members having only a valid pack.

- Memberships: considered as active members, all members having only a valid membership.

- Memberships or Packs: considered as active members, all members having either a valid membership or a valid pack.

- Memberships and Packs: considered as active members, all members having only a valid membership and a valid pack as well.

If you need to have the information about active members with memberships and the information about the number of active members with packs, do not hesitate and duplicate the indicator.

Widget 'New Membership Sales'

The widget 'New Membership Sales' corresponds to the total of memberships sold over a period. By default, this indicator is not viewable on your dashboard, you need to add it from the configuration of your main dashboard.
