How to activate the automatic registration on time slots at an entry?

You would like a member going through the access control to be automatically added as a participant to classes starting at the time of the entry, this feature is there for you.

Warning

If the maximum number of participants on time slots is reached at the time of the entry, then the member will never be added.

STEP 1 - GO TO BOOKING MANAGEMENT

To automatically register members going through the access control on time slots which are at the same time as the entry, please go to the Settings, Access Control then click on the area concerned and on Bookings Management.

STEP 2 - DECIDE TO AUTOMATICALLY REGISTER A MEMBER ON THE PLANNING

Tick the box 'Automatically book the member on schedule'.

STEP 3 - DEFINE THE TIME SLOT OF THE REGISTRATION CONSIDERED

You must then indicate the time slot for which you wish to register, starting from the start time of the slot.

In detail ...

We use the activity timetable as a basis and then indicate when the member will be registered if they arrive after the class and before the class.

In the example, if the member drops in within 10 minutes of the start of the class, they will be enrolled. If they come within 15 minutes of the start of the class, they will also be registered. If they drop in between these times, they will also be registered. Provided, of course, that there is space available.

STEP 4 - INDICATE THE ACTIVITIES AND LOCATIONS CONCERNED

Indicate here the activities and locations where the rule of automatic registration at the entry is applied.

STEP 5 - INDICATE IF YOU WANT TO UNLOCK BOOKING LIMITATIONS

If the automatic bookings must not take into account booking limitations determined in the booking rights, activate the unlocking of limitations by checking the following box: 'Automatic bookings will not count towards quota calculations':

Example: if a membership allows to book twice a week, the last minute booking with this activated option will not be taken into account in the calculation. Si two bookings are made in advance and a third booking is made via the system of yoyo at the last minute, then there is not blocking.

It's over ! The automatic registration at the member's entry is duly configured. 

Worth knowing

It is possible to use this feature as a self-booking zone, provided you have a yoyo and a screen.
