This journal shows (in an accounting format) the unpaid invoices, the available credit notes, the incidents and overpayments, the current differed income in the accounting of the club at the end of the month.
What does this log aim at ?
Getting more information about the elements which hide behind the amount of the client account in the balance. Indeed, without these miscellaneous operations book entries, it is complicated to know whether the indicated figure comes from credit notes to use, overpayments to use, unpaid invoices or incident in progress. The differed income book entries are also visible in this log.

- overpayment to use
- unpaid invoices
- incidents in progress
- deferred income
How to understand the book entries in this journal ?
We can see the book entries on the last day in month M and these book entries on the first day in month M+1. If we take the whole book entries in the journal, it is a "come and go" which simply helps to understand the amount on the client account, by the balance side.
Any recommendations for the general balance export?
You need to restrict from the first day of the month to the last day of the month to get that allocation (all changes in month included in the balance get cancelled).
