How to set up a new due date ?

It is possible to shift the due date of a Direct Debit. This action is performed from the deadlines tab.

Choosing a new due date will shift the date of the upcoming Direct Debit date. However, there is another feature that enables you to change all direct debit days in the schedule: choosing to debit on the 5 instead of the 10th for example (this will be applied to the whole schedule and not just the next one). STEP 1 - CLICK ON THE DATE TO BE CHANGED

To change the due date for the next Direct Debit, from the schedule, click on the due date that needs to be changed.

STEP 2 - SELECT THE NEW DUE DATE

Then simply click on the new due date using the calendar which appears on click.

The new due date is correctly set!
