Automated emails can be sent to coaches as part of two Smartmessaging campaigns.
The two campaigns in question are the following ones :
- The 'registration for an activity' campaign - This informs the coach that a member has registered for an activity
- The 'unsubscription from an activity' campaign - This informs the coach that a member has unsubscribed from an activity
Once in the automated campaigns, please just go to the campaigns in question. When you get to the 'Content' step, you will be suggested to set the email intended for the coaches.
