How to anonymize a member file ?

Anonymizing consists in using a set of techniques in order to make impossible, practically, any identification of the person by any means and irreversibly. (see ICO - Information Commissioner's Office)

To meet that standard, Resamania offers the following feature : deactivating the member file.

Which impacts on the member file ?

On members who are not on a client status, a button 'Anonymize the customer' is now available. After the anonymizing process, the member will have changed first name, surname, address and phone numbers. S/he will be called No No. All her/his communication authorizations and badges will be deactivated. The invoices, documents, history and past bookings will not be changed. Sales and bookings will also be blocked for this client.

To anonymize, please follow these steps:

STEP 1- FROM THE MEMBER FILE ...

On the member file, click on 'Member Actions'.

Then, click on 'Anonymize the customer'.

STEP 2 - CONFIRM THE ANONYMIZATION

We confirm the anonymization. The whole impacts applied on the member file are indicated here.

You can still find the member file entering 'no no' in the filters surname and first name but you will not be able to make any action on that member file.
