Everything about recredit job ! ๐Ÿ”

Recredit job is a type of membership which enables the member to receive a certain number of units (pack) on the first day each month.

A_SAVOIR.JPGHow to configure a recredit job membership?

To configure a recredit job, please go to the membership settings.

RECREDIT_JOB.png

coche.JPGTick the box 'Allow automatic monthly unit re-credit'.

coche.JPGSpecify the number of units to be recredited for each month. When this product is sold, units of month M and M+1 will be credited, and every month the unit recredit will be done for the following month.

coche.JPGInput the type of units in question (sessions, classes, points, aqua sessions, etc).

Then save the changes clicking on Save.

A_SAVOIR.JPGSome scenarios ...

coche.JPGExamples of suspension

  • If the membership is suspended, the member still has the recredit job.
  • If the membership is suspended, when suspending it, you should mention that the booking rights suspension not only concerns the membership but also the member file. So, even if these units enable it, the member cannot book.

coche.JPGTiming membership VS Units

  • If the membership is sold on the 10th, the member gets the pack units on the 10th, and they are valid until the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st of the month.
  • If the membership is configured date to date (what we do not recommend) and the recredit job is planned on it then, the units will be valid from the start day of the invoicing period until the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st of the month. The membership will still be charged date to date (from the 5th to the 5th for example if the member has started on the 5th of the month) but the units will work anyway under the pro rata mode (from the 5th to the 28th, 29th, 30th or 31st of the month) and on the following months, they will always be credited on the first day in the month.
  • Once the last day in month M+1 is past, in any case the units gained the first day in month M will not be valid anymore.
