Our customer service team has confirmed that Virtuagym, Technogym or Egym is active on your instance. Your members can now connect to the application corresponding to this partner.
However, in certain very specific cases, for example when purchasing a membership in the future, members may not have access to their partner space straight away and will have to wait a month when their membership starts.
Do you still want to force this member to synchronise with our partners? There's a button on the member file for manually synchronising the member.
The button is located in the Smartview in the "Partners" section.
