Everything about the dashboard 'Your members' 🔍

The dashboard 'Your members' enables you to know your members very well thanks to several graphs focused on their data. The dashboard is viewable in the tab Your dashboard in the Management menu :

Actually, this dashboard displays the graphs providing the following information :

• Ratio active male/female members
• Ratio male/female prospects 
• Age structure by active member
• Ratio prospects / members/ former members / others​
• Percentage of active members according to their last visit 
• Cumulative percentage of active members according to their last visit 

This article explains in detail the different graphs present in this dashboard.

Which population is taken into account for the figures in this table?

The figures in this table are calculated on the population of active members at the club. You may notice a difference between these figures and those on your general dashboard in Home. In fact, the active members of this dashboard do not count...

1. Members whose membership will start in the future.

2. Members who have just cancelled their membership and will become former members 48 hours after the end of their membership.
In this dashboard, it is therefore possible to see figures slightly higher than the Active Members indicator on the main dashboard.

KNOW THE DISTRIBUTION OF YOUR ACTIVE MEMBERS' AND PROSPECTS' GENDER

For each of your active member' gender (male, female, other), the number is viewable. The category 'Others' gathers members with an empty gender field when their account is created (gender field not compulsory). 

For each of your prospects' gender (male, female, other), the number is viewable. The category 'Others' gathers prospects with an empty gender field when their account is created (gender field not compulsory).  

KNOW YOUR MEMBERS' AGE DISTRIBUTION 

This third graph enables to know your members' age distribution. The division of ages is as follows : <20 || 20 - 30 || 30 - 40 || 40 - 50 || 50 - 60 || >60. 

KNOW YOUR MEMBERS' STATUS DISTRIBUTION

This fourth graph enables you to know the ratio of prospects, members, former members and others. The category 'other' represents the type of members who are neither prospects nor former members (excluded members for example).

KNOW THE ACTIVE MEMBERS' DISTRIBUTION ACCORDING TO THEIR LAST VISIT 

The next graph shows you the percentage of active members according to their last visit based on the calculation of the number of active members  according to their last visit. 

KNOW THE CUMULATIVE DISTRIBUTION OF ACTIVE MEMBERS ACCORDING TO THEIR LAST VISIT

The next graph shows you the percentage of active members according to their last visit based on the calculation of the number of members according to their last visit and cumulated with the members who have visited the club since that period.
