BOOKINGS.png

  • The number of bookings since the start: the booking will be counted in this indicator, no matter the member has come or not.
  • The number of classes present on the schedule since the start: the number of time slots created on the schedule since the start is counted here.

The first graph highlights the number of bookings online and/or from the back office (use the dropdown list to see the expected data).  The graph shows a first curve indicating everyday bookings over the last four weeks and two other curves enable to compare figures for the same day, the last four weeks and the same day in the last year.

The second graph indicates what time(s) and day(s) there are the most bookings (on average over the last 4 weeks). Bookings on classes at the times and on the days showed in the graph are counted.

You can display the data for bookings online and/or from the back office and compare with the same information over the last four weeks and the last year.

The third graph indicates the average number of bookings over the last four weeks, but now based on activities.

You can display the data for each recurring club activity and compare, with the same information, the last four weeks and the last year.

Class by class, you indicate the number of places, the number of bookings, the average number of participants over the last four weeks and you compare with the figures in the previous four weeks and the last year. The green and red colours enable to know whether the evolution is positive or not.

The last graph shows the ten classes with the best completion rate (members come or not) and the number of booked members (only recurring classes are counted in this graph). You can choose to display one or another class data thanks to the dropdown list. The data corresponds to the average number of the last four weeks and you can compare with the four previous weeks.

The green and red colours enable to know whether the evolution is positive or not.
