How to sell a Bundle?

Prerequisite

I must have saved a member file for the buyer and I must have created a bundle in the catalogue.

Warning

Bundles cannot be sold online yet (member's shop or online joining) with Xplor Gym, this will be possible later.

In the member file of the client concerned, I click on Make a Sale in the bottom left.

Then I open the category of the product I want to sell. I can also use the search bar and enter the product name. In the case of a Bundle, I go to the Bundle category.

GOOD TO KNOW

In the sales funnel in the back office:

Bundles are displayed and mixed to regular products according to their type. If bundles are displayed in the Bundle tab, they can also be added to the shopping cart from the categories of the catalogue concerned by the bundle. You can add the bundle from the bundles and from the other products. 

  • Membership type Bundles will be in the Membership tab
  • Bolt-On type Bundles will be in the Bolt-On tab
  • Pack type Bundles will be in the Pack tab
  • Shop product type Bundles will be in the Shop tab

 

drapeau_vert.pngSTEP 2 : I ADD THE BUNDLE TO THE SHOPPING CART

When you select a Bundle, the list of offers appears. By clicking on the arrow > Select, the detailed offer appears. And if you click on the Add button you can add the bundle to the shopping cart.

Once the bundle added to the shopping cart, the cart summary considers the new bundle. You can now click on Validate to proceed:

IMPORTANT

You cannot remove a product from a bundle in the shopping cart without removing the other products. 

 

WARNING

If your bundle contains a membership which needs a compulsory bolt-on but you forgot to add it, a error message pops up as follows:

drapeau_vert.pngSTEP 3 : I FILL IN THE MANDATE INFORMATION AND HAVE THE CONTRACT SIGNED 

Warning

The mandate step only concerns the bundles which contain memberships and the contract step only concerns the catalogue products which contain contracts.

I fill in the information related to the Direct Debit mandate or I can skip this step (Add later).

Une fois les informations du mandat renseignées, j'enregistre la signature du client en cliquant sur "Enregistrer la signature" mais le client peut également signer son mandat plus tard, dans ce cas, je clique sur "Signer plus tard".

I can preview the contract if the client wants to acknowledge then I ask the client to tick the box 'The member has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the contract'. By clicking on 'Save signature' the client can sign the contract or decide to sign it later > Sign later.

drapeau_vert.pngSTEP 4 : I PROCEED WITH THE PAYMENT

I select the payment method that the client chooses and click on Validate payment.

I can print the invoice, print it in a smaller version or send it by email to the client. I can also go back to the client's member file.

The client has now tags related to the bundle if it contains a membership and /or bolt-ons.

For memberships and bolt-ons contained in the bundle, they are displayed with the phrase 'Linked to Bundle X'.
