In the automated campaigns and the one-off campaigns, you can use the notification as a type of message. The notification is directly sent to the client's member area.
This article shows you how to send a notification when you create a communication campaign.
STEP 1 - CREATE AN AUTOMATED OR A ONE-OFF CAMPAIGN
Start creating a campaign: name it and select filters.
When you create the campaign content, three templates are available: 'Your SMS' / 'Your Email' / 'Your notification'. Choose 'Notification - New notification +' to determine the type of message. Then, click on 'Next'.
This example shows the creation of an automated campaign, Building Member Loyalty type > Anniversary
Information
Unlike SMS and Emails, Notifications contain no opt-ins. Consequently, the client systematically receives this notification in her/his member area.
STEP 2 - CREATE THE MESSAGE
When you create the campaign content, you can import a template (HTML) or choose a generic Resamania template.
If you choose the generic Resamania template, it is empty. So you must provide a subject, a content and values if needed when it is an automated campaign.
After creating the content, click on 'Save'.
WHICH RESULT IN THE MEMBER AREA ?
When the client logs in to the member area, s/he can see a new tab 'Notifications' in the left menu.
IMPORTANT
The tab 'Notifications' in the left menu pops up once the client has received one or several notifications. And it remains active afterward.
If the client has received notifications but has not read them yet, there is a figure in the Notifications tab and in the upper banner just below the client's name.
When you click on the tab Notifications in the menu, the list of received notifications pops up.
Notifications hightlighted and marked with a red dot are not read yet.
To open a notification, click on the arrow on the right. The notification is now considered as read. The figure provided in the tab Notifications in the left menu is updated and the figure in the upper banner too.
WHICH RESULT IN THE MEMBER FILE ?
In the member file in Xplor Gym back office, you can find out notifications sent to the member area of the client concerned. To do so, open the tab Communications with the three-dot menu.
You can see the list of received notifications, the sending date, the type of communication (news, commercial or legal), and the status (read or unread).
To open a notification and read its content, click on it.
