Everything about Smartjourney !🔍

Smartjourney is a Smartmessaging feature that enables you to activate a set of automated campaigns within three clicks. You start on Xplor Gym but have no time at first to configure each automated campaign for your club or a group of clubs, don't you? This article is made for you! 

Activating the feature

To activate this feature, contact Xplor Gym Support and tell precisely which user roles in your club could access the configuration of these sets of campaigns.

STEP 1 - GO TO SMARTMESSAGING THEN TO GROUPS OF CAMPAIGNS

Groups of campaigns are in Smartmessaging automated campaigns.

To start creating a group of campaigns, click on + (create a group of campaigns)

STEP 2 - CHOOSE THE NAME AND THE CREATION MODE OF YOUR GROUP

Here, name your group of campaigns to find yourself easily ; the name if informative and has no impact in the configuration.

Next you have two possibilities...

• You start from an empty group, in this case, you will add the campaigns that you want in this group.

Our tip

This is very convenient if you manage a group of clubs to which you wish to suggest campaigns by default, without having to configure each campaign and for each club.

• You create a group from a template. The existing template for the moment is the 'Onboarding' template. 

Our tip

The Onboarding template can be very useful if you are in a hurry before opening your club and do not wish to overload your busy schedule with the configuration of all your essential Smartmessaging campaigns (communications around the planning, sending invoices, sending contracts, birthdays, etc).

STEP 3 - CONFIGURE YOUR GROUP BASED ON THE SELECTED TEMPLATE 

Consider Choice 1 or Choice 2 below and see the steps to follow for the creation mode that you have selected.

Choice 1 - You start from an empty group and add the campaigns that you wish.

• Tick 'Create an empty group', then 'Create a group'.

• For the moment, your group is empty, so start by adding your campaigns to the group clicking on +.

• From this step, you have to add and configure your automated campaigns as specified in this article.
• Once all the campaigns are added and configured, they will be listed in the group.

Choice 2 - You start from the template and within three clicks, you are ready for the opening!

Tick 'Create a group from a template'. For the moment, only the 'Onboarding' template exists and includes all the automated campaigns essential for you to start with Xplor Gym. Click on 'Select the group'.

At the next step, select the campaigns you wish to activate and click on Next.

After that, you must specify which clubs or group of clubs are concerned, the start date and the time for scheduled campaigns as well as the language. Once this information complete, click on 'Create the group'.

The group is created, you can see the list of campaigns which make the group in the interface.

Warning: only emails are activated for these campaigns!

If you wish to activate the SMS mode or the Notification mode in the member area for these campaigns, you will have to make it manually. By default, only emails are activated!

STEP 4 - THE GROUPS ARE CREATED, MAKE CHANGES IF NEEDED

Once the steps in this article followed, your group is created and the campaigns which make it are activated!

Warning

As a reminder for campaigns starting from an existing template only emails are activated, think of changing your campaign to add the communications by SMS or by Notifications if needed.

To visualise all your groups, go to 'Campaign groups' in your interface. If you need to edit a group, click on the three dots on the line of the group.
