How to search a member with an Entry pass or a QR Code?

To find a member file with an Entry pass or a QR Code easily, follow the instructions given below.

STEP 1 - GO TO THE SEARCH FOR OR ADD A MEMBER SCREEN

Click on the magnifying glass on the bottom right of the main screen. A search for or add a member window opens.

STEP 2 - SCAN THE ENTRY PASS OR THE QR CODE

For the Entry pass, your yoyo must be plugged to your computer USB port. Just hand the Entry pass over the yoyo and the member file opens.

If you have QR Codes, after clicking on 'Open' at the level of 'Scan a QR Code', use your computer camera or webcam to scan the QR Code and you'll find your member.

Once the QR Code is scaneed, the member file opens.
