Postal Address vs Billing Address 🏠

The postal address may, in some cases, differ from the billing address. Xplor Resamania offers a feature that allows you to define both addresses directly from the member profile.

This feature can be enabled upon request by our support team. It is not available from the member area and cannot be set as a compulsory field in the club joining process. 

📄​Billing Address

The billing address is the one displayed on invoices and can be entered from the member profile. It is always visible during online or in-club joining, as well as from the member area. 

📄​Postal Address

When the billing address differs from the postal address, you can check the box "Enter a postal address different from the billing address", which displays the required fields for the postal address. 

This address allows you, if needed, to send physical mail to an address that is not the same as the billing address.
