Focus on the Springcard reader 🔍

The FunkyGate-IP NFC is a 'smart reader' designed specifically for physical access control applications. With a housing designed for wall or door frame installation, a buzzer and highly visible red/green signage, the FunkyGate-IP NFC is suitable for use in any building.

How information flows from Springcard to other elements ?

  1. The Funkygate (Springcard) transmits the badge numbers to the barionet via 2 wires (weigand bus).
  2. The barionet is connected to the access control network
  3. The barionet transmits badges received from Funkygate (Springcard) to the resabox via the network
  4. The barionet lights or turns off the green and red LEDs of Funkygate (Springcard) on the order of the Resabox
  5. The barionet switches / changes the state of its controlled switch (relay) on the order of the resabox
  6. You can plug in up to 2 drives and drive up to 2 relays
  7. Push buttons can be plugged into the barionet if needed
