Whether your Access Control system uses QR codes or RFID Entry Passes, a specific configuration is required. There are several possible scenarios. Simply click on the one that interests you in the article to find out how.
The Entry Pass must be created from Settings > Catalogue > Entry Pass. Click on ‘+ New Entry Pass’.
Next, select Physical (RFID), which corresponds to the compulsory distribution and encoding of a pass, wristband or any other medium used as an Entry Pass by clients.
The rest of the process is the same as for all the products in the catalogue: you just need to enter the price, and that's it.
The fact that you have created this Entry Pass as an RFID Entry Pass in your catalogue will force the front desk to encode the Entry Pass when selling to the client. To find out how to assign the Entry Pass to the client, make sure that the yoyo is connected to the computer's USB port, that the Entry Pass number field is selected and just pass the Entry Pass over the yoyo. The code should appear in the field.

Then select Dematerialised (QR code), which corresponds to the compulsory distribution and encoding of a card, wristband or any other medium used as an Entry Pass by clients.
The rest of the process is the same as for all the products in the catalogue, you just need to enter the price and that's it.
During a sale, the QR code entry pass will be available for purchase. Once purchased, the QR code can be accessed by the client from the member area.
