In addition to online booking, the Member Area enables members to update their details and check their active memberships and packs.

Members connect to their member area from https://member.resamania.uk.com/nameoftheclub.
They click on “Member Area” above their first name. Several tabs appear:
- Account settings
- Bookings
- Memberships
- Packs
- Order list (invoices)
- Means of payment (if the gym has subscribed to Slimpay option)
- Notifications

ACCOUNT SETTINGS |
In the “Account settings” tab, members can see all personal information as well as communication preferences.
Except for the name, first name and date of birth, members can edit their personal details. They can update their email address, phone numbers and postal address.
They can edit their password.
Finally, they can manage their communication preferences.
For example, they can choose to receive legal information by mail and marketing information by email or text message.

BOOKINGS |
In the “Upcoming” tab, members can see all upcoming bookings.
Members can cancel their bookings if restrictions concerning the activity allow it. An error message warns them when cancellation is no longer possible, for example if the advance deadline has passed.
In this tab, they can also see past booked sessions.

MEMBERSHIPS |
In the “Memberships” tab, members can see information about their memberships, bolt-ons, etc…
The start and end dates are visible, as well as subscribed bolt-ons.
Members can also download their contracts.

PACKS |
In the “Packs” tab, members can see the packs they purchased, as well as the number of remaining units and their validity period.

ORDER LIST |
In the “Order list” tab, members can see all their invoices and pay arrears online if the option has been activated.

INTERFACE SETTINGS |
In the interface settings, three languages are available: English, Spanish and French.

MEANS OF PAYMENT |
Once this feature is activated, members can pay with a saved bankcard and according to the settings, they may pay arrears.

NOTIFICATIONS |
When members log in to the member area, they can see a 'Notifications' tab in the left menu.
In the case of notifications received but not read by members, there is a figure at the level of the Notifications tab and on the right of the upper banner, just below the member's name.
When members click on the Notifications tab in the menu, the list of received notifications is displayed.
Notifications marked with a red spot are not read yet. To open a notification, members click on the arrow on the right. The notification is then considered as read. And the figure in the Notifications tab in the menu and on the right of the upper banner is updated.
