GDPR Customer Summary File

Technogym Single Sign On to Member Area
Similar to the functionality already within the Virtuagym app, we have now delivered single sign-on from the Technogym Mywellness App. This means that when your member is using the Mywellness App and selects the Member Area option, they can be automatically logged into Xplor Gym for class bookings and self service, without the need of signing into the Member Area.
This feature does require configuring, so if you are a Technogym customer interested in this feature, please reach out to the Support Team.
